From my wife's experience… If you suffer from dental anxiety like I do, especially when it comes to root canals, I can honestly say that Dr. Kenneth C. Sprechman and his entire staff completely changed my perception of the experience. From the moment I walked in, the relaxing atmosphere and kind staff immediately helped calm my nerves. Dr. Sprechman is the definition of a professional doctor. He took the time to provide thorough explanations every step of the way, which made me feel informed and comfortable instead of fearful. His bedside manner was outstanding, and the gentleness he showed during the procedure was something I truly appreciated. What I expected to be a stressful and painful experience turned into a comfortable experience with incredible pain relief almost immediately afterward. A consultation that seemed rushed and no more detailed than the visit I had with my dentist 20 minutes prior. I was told that I was going to get a CT but the one image I saw was similar, in my opinion, to my dentist's, which did not show any specific issue. I was asked "do you want to save the tooth or not" after trying to ask further questions. Despite my doubts, I made an appointment since he was referred by my dentist who I trusted. The procedure was aborted due to an adverse medical event (my jaw locked after numbing, dental trismus) and was handled poorly. Dr. Sprechman seemed flustered and kept repeating that in all his decades of career he has never seen this. As I walked along the corridor I was still being discussed as if I was not there. The medication I was prescribed is known to have moderate drug interaction with my current medication and usually requires close monitoring and possible adjustments, so it was not a suitable option. I was asked repeatedly if this ever happened to me before, and I answered repeatedly, no. The decades of experience (that he kept repeating) should have prepared him better to handle untoward events and make his patient care a priority.

Dr. Sprechman and his staff are absolutely amazing. I was referred by my dentist to an endodontist and was in unbearable pain. As a first-time patient, I was nervous when I called, but the staff was incredibly understanding and did everything they could to get me in the very same day. When I arrived, Dr. Sprechman was simply incredible. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in a way I could truly understand. I left the office knowing exactly what was done and, most importantly, feeling so much better. If you are looking for an amazing endodontist, look no further. Dr. Sprechman is truly exceptional—you won’t regret going.

I have only come here for a consultation and did not need further treatment, so I can't speak too much about Dr. Sprechman performing root canals. However, I had a very pleasant experience during my consultation as well as before and after. He kept it straight forward, simple and I was out of the office quickly, I appreciate that direct approach. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Lindsey though, she was amazing in making me feel heard in my concerns and during our phone calls she has been incredibly understanding and forthcoming. Considering past dental visits that have gone poorly, I felt great relief having Lindsey advising me on what steps to take next while also being considerate of my circumstances.
